Refund policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  All Sales are final.  We inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon completion, before shipping.  If there is an issue with an item we will offer you the option of exchanging the item for another item of equal or greater value, you will be responsible for the difference in price.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Kowgirlswag@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. To start an exchange or file a concern/complaint, you can contact us at kowgirlswag@yahoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [Kowgirl Swag, PO Box 594, Piedmont, OK 73078] 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on gift cards.
