Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order for premade items on our website, for custom orders please allow 2-3 business weeks to process your order. Expect an email within 2 to 4 business days to let you know your order has been received and we are working on it. 

STORE PICKUP - [1213 Piedmont Rd N, Suite 108, Piedmont, OK 73078] Orders can be picked up Monday through Thursday, from 9am to 4pm and Friday from 8 am to 12pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

LOCAL DELIVERY:  Not currently available. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Completed orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 Business Days using your shipping provider selected at checkout.   At this time:  If Shipping outside of the US we will need to determine fees and there maybe additional fees invoiced to be paid by the customer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time:  If Shipping outside of the US we will need to determine fees and there maybe additional fees invoiced to be paid by the customer.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kowgirl Swag is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  All Sales are final.  We inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon completion, before shipping.  If there is an issue with an item we will offer you the option of exchanging the item for another item of equal or greater value, you will be responsible for the difference in price.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Kowgirlswag@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
